Immigration Advice and Rights Centre (IARC)

IARC is a not-for-profit registered charity specialising in Australian immigration and refugee law and policy. IARC is a strong advocate in policy and law reform; is a leader in immigration education and continuing professional development for legal and immigration practitioners; and provides free immigration advice to financially disadvantaged immigrants and refugees in New South Wales. Established in 1986, IARC provides free immigration advice to financially disadvantaged people in New South Wales. IARC is not part of the Department of Immigration or any other Government department. All migration advice given on behalf of IARC is given by Registered Migration Agents who must comply with the Code of Conduct for migration agents. IARC is a registered charity. All donations made to IARC are tax deductible.
