A program for children and adults for whom life has provided additional challenges in the form of disabilities. Discover the wealth of benefits this rewarding sport can bring to those with life challenges. Led by Darrel Sparke, a 4th Dan Taekwondo Instructor and Leg Amputee, the program is aimed at promoting and encouraging participation in the sport of Taekwondo whilst bringing all the health and lifestyle benefits to the those participating. Considered a "Sport for Life", Taekwondo builds Self confidence, Fitness, Coordination, Dexterity, Flexibility and much more.
